Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Current purchase options

Products available from The Inkbound Bookshop are currently sold as one-time purchases.

We do not currently offer subscription purchases or try-before-you-buy arrangements.

Pre-orders

From time to time, selected books or merchandise may be offered for pre-order. A product will be clearly identified as a pre-order before purchase, together with its estimated release or dispatch date.

You may request cancellation of an unfulfilled pre-order by contacting us at summon@inkboundsociety.com. Please include your order number.

If the pre-order has already been dispatched, it will be treated as a completed purchase and our Refund and Returns Policy will apply.

Estimated release and dispatch dates may change for reasons outside our control, including changes made by authors, publishers, manufacturers or suppliers. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact affected customers using the email address supplied with the order.

Future purchase options

If subscriptions or other recurring purchase options are introduced, the applicable payment schedule, renewal terms and cancellation method will be clearly displayed before checkout. This policy will also be updated before those options become available.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
