Book 2 of The Annals of the Draconians continues onward on the rich and mysterious planet of Alorenia. The elven planet. The political parties try to forge an agreement for the elves to join Phaetos, while the reclusive elves try to make the path as difficult as possible. In tandem, the Draconians learn from each other and the elves as they fight off the waves of Drakions and prepare for a potential assault by their dark brethren.

In the meantime, the newly promoted Temporian Promothon scours Phaetos in search of the elusive sleepers and the portal that they managed to successfully sneak into the alliance.
